We’re typically booked 2–3 weeks out. We can usually walk a site within 5 working days, get a quote to you the next day, and lock in a start date that works for both of us. Urgent insurance or compliance jobs sometimes get priority — just tell us.
Yes. Every quote is written, itemised and fixed-price. The only time the price moves is if we discover something during the dig that nobody could have seen at the quote — buried services, rock shelf, contaminated fill — and even then we stop and tell you before we keep going.
$20 million public liability with NTI, plus workers comp through Allianz. Certificates of currency available on request — we’ll send them straight to your builder, strata or insurer.
Both. The smallest job we’ve done in 2026 was a 4-metre garden wall. The biggest was a 1.2-acre cut, fill and pad. If you’re unsure, just call — we’ll tell you straight up if we’re the right crew or if you’d be better off with a smaller mob.
For walls over 1m we work with engineers we trust — usually we coordinate the certification directly so you don’t have to. For council CC paperwork we’ll point you to the right consultant if you don’t already have one.
30% deposit to lock the start date, 70% on completion (or progress claims for jobs over 3 weeks). Bank transfer or card. Xero invoices, no cash-only nonsense.
Western Sydney clay doesn’t love rain. We monitor the BoM forecast and reschedule rather than push through and damage your site. We’ll always tell you the night before.
