What does a site clean-up include?+

Whatever needs to come off the block: spoil, construction waste, form timber, concrete offcuts, broken bricks, green waste, rubbish, derelict structures. Machines, tippers, licensed disposal.

Do you do builders cleans for handover?+

Yes — external clean-down pre-walk-through. Final grade, driveway sweep, all debris gone, spoil piles gone. We coordinate with your internal cleaner.

How much does a site clean-up cost?+

Depends on volume and material. Small suburban tidy: a day's combo ($150/hr ex GST). Post-demolition with contaminated spoil: multiple days plus tip fees. Lump-sum quote after site walk.

Contaminated or mixed waste?+

Yes — classified correctly before leaving site, hauled to licensed NSW EPA facility, weighbridge docket kept on file.

Yes — fallen trees, silted driveways, flood spoil. Priority callouts when capacity allows.

Pre-sale rural tidy-up?+

Very common. Fence-line clearing, removing old sheds, breaking up derelict concrete, hauling accumulated rubbish and car bodies. Block presents well for photos.

Not directly. We coordinate with licensed asbestos removers and pick up afterwards for the non-asbestos cleanup. Happy to recommend removers we've worked with.

How fast can you start?+

Small clean-ups within a week, bigger jobs 1–3 weeks. Storm emergencies prioritised.
