⚠ Read before quoting sandstone
Apr 2026 audit fix: Install rates + markup may still under-price large sandstone jobs compared to your real $/block pricing (~$850–$900 all-in per block, from the Louise Kurrajong Heights job).
Validate your own defaults against 2–3 recent quotes before sending anything out. Tune Markup on supplied materials % (below) or blocks/day higher if the calc comes in under what you'd actually quote. A sandstone labour premium field is on the Phase 2 backlog.

Machine Hourly Hire ex GST
Attachment Day Rates add-on
Flat $/day uplift billed on top of the machine rate. Tap any combo on a Machine Hire job and each attachment adds its $/day × days.
Productivity block installs
Blocks installed per crew-day. Each course after the first gets a speed bonus because the base is level. Tight access adds a labour surcharge (next card).
Billing Rules
Tight access = +25% labour (slower, more careful). Round-up means 0.3 day → 1 full day.
